breath and breathing

What a wonderful thing - Breath Look at what it is... the intake of life into the body and the release of stress and negative energy. Buddha mentioned that one can become enlightened through just a breathing meditation and mindfulness of the same. Mindful breathing brings us happily to the hear and now. It is a direct route to the stress of our lives.

What a wonderful thing! nothing else can do this... nothing else can quiet the "monkey mind" that becomes out life. Listen to "Breaths" by the Flirtations! So peaceful, so relaxed!
