sw would be so happy.... I finally broke down and bought me an IPod... I like it! I'm finally catching up on all the sleep I lost last week... I feel much better now. even my meditation and Tai Chi went well! Going to cut this real short, Mom has a DR appt today so need to get going.

i got a new Nano as a gift from a work vendor a few weeks ago. Bliss! i hooked up some computer speakers in my office and i'm enjoying the repetitive music of my favorite modern composer, Philip Glass.
