BOO! Happy all Hallows Eve my friend!

Not a lot going on tonight... Dads playing with the kids... Moms working in her craft room and I'm up here getting things ready for church tomorrow... I have two masses tomorrow so Ishould be pretty wiped out after that...

Met a great guy on a DL site tonight... lives in Toronto... what a cutie! 45 yo single... hates to come home to an empty house with no one to share with... I know that feeling... even with mom and dad here... not having someone to really chat one-on-one with daily is a drag... yes there is IM and Text messages... but a few minutes on skype can change a day... so we swapped ids and emails and are gonna keep in touch... and when either of us just need to chat we will be there for each other...

Scott stated that he can't be truely happy if he isn't making someone else happy too... what a wonderful thought... and so true... as a slave I feel the same way.... I'm not at my best when Master isn't doing well or there are pending issues.... my system just becomes out of sync...

I wonder if Scott is a sub or slave? he speaks and acts like one.... hmmmm....

I have started reciting that quote I posted yesterday... it works as a great mantra...

I feel that I have been shorting myself big time and need to start from the very beginning and realize that I offer a lot to a lot of people... and that I am not failing everyone... just myself in not realizing and recognizing the good that I give and do.

I have gone back to looking in the mirror and saying "I love you for who you are and everything you give... have a wonderful day!" It helps...

I have received a few calls on the job front... but nothing yet. I fear that nothing will be available till after the election...

House hunting is slow but in a way that is good... just browsing right now...

I have a funeral friday and an extra Mass on saturday morning (all Saints Day)... that will help out a lot!

Well... going to get back to work... i still have some printing to finish up...

Even the good Lord took the 7th day off... but when it means a paycheck or not I guess I work... it did end up a great day... met a guy that lives in the UK... a handsome chap! This week will be busy but I'm ready for the challenge!

This week gave me a chance to look at some deep questions on my place in slavery and how slavery need to be integrated in my life and work and time constraints that are incurred....

I'll blog on that later...

Another busy day under my belt... church went great except that two of my choir members have decided to leave Holy Trinity and go to a church a few miles away in Lewiston... I can't say I blame them... people are not being nourished in the church ... If it wasn't for the money I'd be out of there too! but having that small income greatly helps the budget!

Tomorrow is looking to be a real crappy day... I'm hoping that I can get caught up a bit...

Attachment... I'm sitting here listening to a Zencast on attachment - and clinging... just in this few minutes it's amazing how much I do cling to things... and how much that attachment takes me away from my core being... while I don't have much that which I do have pulls me away from what brings me peace.... what an interesting thing to meditate on tomorrow...

Today was a good day three out of the four proposals were accepted as written which is good... the fourth is in the re-write process... so next week starts the work! I'd like to have at least two of the projects done by weeks end...

I have one last project to finish outside (at least for now) and that is to cover the roses and rhododendrons and the wigellia ... that will take care of the outside for the winter... hopefully our last here!

Tonight was a real downer... honestly it sucked big time... two of my choir members are leaving Holy Trinity to go to another parish in Lewiston... I'm not really surprised at the action... just the timing... This is going to make the holidays even harder... maybe something will break soon and I can get out of here myself...

i finished the proposals for the menus and logos so tomorrow I will deliver them... hopefully they will all be accepted...

I'm going to go spend some quiet time... I need to put together a plan of attack...

Waking up a non-early-morning person... what a fun way to start the day... ah the life of a slave!

Got a lot accomplished with all the information I have two of the four proposals ready to go and will have them completed tomorrow for Thursdays follow-ups... if all are accepted it will bring in around $3000.00! That will be nice...

Tonight the parents are at church for a meeting ... i'm not sure what I'm going to do...

I told you it was going to be a busy day... frankly it has been just exhausting! Five meetings all with different goals - all with different tasks - all with different information... I am totally thankful for my new computer... I was able to have everything right at my finger tips... I think I would have been a wreck had I not had that availability of information.

Home Depot has struck again! I purchased some LP fuel for the gas grill using the kiosk outside... everything looked as though it was ok... but upon looking at my account when I returned home I found that I was charged 3 times for the same amount... this is the 3rd time this has happened and it usually clears itself out in a couple of days... but having a hold on $65 dollars instead of just the $20 is a real pain in the ... you know what! Good thing I have the funds to cover the charge.

So it's off to take a nice hot shower and do some reading tonight! I think I've earned it!

Oh! before I forget we may be getting flurries tomorrow!

Nothing to say... I did nothing today! i relaxed... kicked back and just RELAXED!

I have a busy day tomorrow... and actually in looking at it the whole week will be busy too!

TIRED!!!

Friday ended to early Saturday morning and Saturday morning started WAY too early...
The MAsT meeting was AWESOME! Katherine and Griffin have a great group - Raven, Joshua, Lord Percival, Glen, Phil and of course our host and hostess made the evening a great success... the topic Rituals... lively and full of interesting stuff to chew over... and it gave SC and I two hours of chat on the way home!

Today started out at 7:30am with a wake up call to Master... a rough start considering I didn't get home till 2am... ah what the heck! sleep is over rated anyway! One of my failings is that once I'm awake... I'm awake! and that sucks! but I made it through the day and am looking to get to bed early for some much needed rest!

I have just been accepted for another 3 jobs at Boeing... that's 11 in all!!! My headhunter said that I most likely won't be hired until after the elections... that's when these big companies get their influx of $$$... that's ok with me... gives me more time to get things settled...

So enough for tonight...

It's been a fun day... busy but fun! I got a lot accomplished so that tomorrow I can pull a half day so I can get to sc's place for a 4pm departure to MAsT Mass! I'm looking forward to the time away and the one on one time with sc... I love our discussions!

I have an online interview next Tuesday for a Boeing position OA-D an awesome position! say a prayer I'll need them...

I have a busy day on the road tomorrow doing deliveries and errands... Woohoo!

TGIF!!!

An evening of fun!

Just returned from singing at the Parish Cluster Mission... it was wonderful to just show up and sing... no planning, no work... just shear enjoyment. Funny how doing the same thing but from a different point of view takes on a new outlook...

Todays thoughts worked around Sacred Contracts... I'm not sure why I enjoy looking at this topic except that it speaks volumes to me. Every now and then I pull out my scared contract and reread it and reaffirm myself to it... it's amazing how when something is "Right" it doesn't need to be changed... I guess you can call it CORE RIGHT...

I look forward to a good nights sleep tonight after I watch the season finale of Project Runway!

Tomorrow is shaping up to be an insanely busy day! I'll need a good sleep and an energy filled meditation.

Monday already... this month is just flying by... kind of wish it would slow down to a slow roar at least! I've been cleaning out old files from my laptop... rolling down memory lane... funny how things change!

Besides doing the clean out today was a normal busy day... the rain kept me inside but besides that it was a good day...

Where did Friday go???

What a great day friday! Relaxing in the buff at the lodge... pool, sauna, hot tub, pond, lots-o-trails and some really good looking men! Then to top it off I met with Harbor Masters at night... men in leather... WOOF!

Today was busy with church! a funeral in the morning... cooking for the bean supper then church then back to the bean supper... it was all fun in it's own way...

Tonight I am going to do some reading then get to bed early!

Tomorrow will be spent mostly outside winterizing... yes... that is what I said WINTERIZING!!!

Whew! Friday is almost here!!!

This is going to be short and sweet It's been a long day and I'm bushed! Started this morning before breakfast with preping for a meeting at 7:30am then cantor rehearsal at 9 then back for a meeting at 10:30! After lunch was time to complete a print job, copy a few DVDs and get set for tomorrow...

Tomorrow is some ME time... heading up to the lodge early... will be leaving before or around 7am - a wonderful day with naturalist men... yup a big place filled with naked men! nice relaxation time...

I'll need to leave there around 4pm to get home to change into my leathers then to Portland for Harbor Masters for a meeting about MAsT Southern Maine... even if it doesn't go well at Harbor Masters it will be a great time to get out with the men!

I have a funeral Saturday morning... $$$ Nice!

Today was one of the busy days where a lot got accomplished... I love days like this! I love looking at the good in life ... the good of the day... why dwell on the bad... bad attracts bad is my feeling! My morning was filled with the completion of a couple of drafts and this afternoon was filled with two meeting about menu re-designs... both meetings went great, they are taxing in that there is a lot of on the spot drafting but there was a lot of good ideas and great designs that came out of it... It's great to have a job that you can be creative and get paid for it...

Tomorrow will be another busy day but in a different way... I start off the morning with a group meditation at 7am! Woohoo I get to sleep in a bit... The group is a small group from Lisbon that meets at members houses for guided Buddhist meditations I just joined to check it out and was asked to host the meeting... an hour of guided meditation... nice! Then I am playing a 10am funeral at Holy Trinity... After lunch I have a meeting in Lewiston for the Mission next week... we have the Wednesday night session... then I have Choir at 7pm... a full day of music!

Thursday starts out with cantor rehearsal at 9 then it's home to print one of the menues... there's an all day job...

Friday has some play and work ... it looks like we are going to have a great day so I will start the day in Alton at the Lodge... then the evening is in Portland with the Harbor Masters... time to talk about MAsT! Thursday night will most likely be spent finalizing my presentation for HM... looking forward to that!

It was a great day with Mom today! Happy 75th! Got up early to start dinner... sounds funny but I needed to sear the roast before it went into the crock pot... so 4am I was doing that... I stayed downstairs for meditation and went to the basement for exercise... it was nice to have a change of scenery.

Mom and Dad came down around 8am... I had coffee on and the breakfast ready to start... after a good breakfast I went upstairs and started... all the drapes down and in the washing machine, their room got waxed and vacuumed, widows washed and bed stripped... I did the same with the hall, the guest room, and my room... the bathroom got scrubbed down later... after all the curtains were washed they went back up and the beds were made when the sheets were done... the upstairs is clean!!! hopefully this will help in moms recouping from this cold...

Dinner was ready and guest arrived at 1:30pm... a hot New England Boiled dinner... fresh homemade rolls, with hot homemade gingerbread and creme fresh for desert! Yum oh Yum was it good!

After lunch dishes were completed and the bathroom cleaned... then it was time to take a look at my emails and finish up my weekly review... all sent before bed! woohoo!

The job outlook is great! I am in contention for 6 jobs ... The house hunting is likewise going good... now all I need to do is come up with about $150,000.00!

The yard work is going to get done tomorrow if all goes well... the temp has been in the mid to high 30's at night.... time to close and cover the roses!

I need about 8 hours more every day!

October gave a party - the leaves by hundreds came.

The trees are beautiful! I love fall... but its COLD!!!

Not much going on... mom's birthday is tomorrow.... 75 years old!

History

It seems as of late that things concerning history keep coming up...

- after helping out the moderator of a group by posting a question to get things going again ... a blast from the past decided to slam me in her partial response to my questions... I've decided to let her vent and not reply... I'll take the high road... she's the one making a fool of herself! lol

- and lastly and most bothering is an email I received from the first people i served... that was in 04/05... they just can't let things go... they have decided to attend a meeting that I am speaking at in order to counter everything I say... how adult of them... what they don't get is that the majority of the membership of the particular group are my friends from Chorus and other LBGQ functions that I worked with... won't that be a rude awakening for them.

I wonder if these happenings could be coming forth because of the pending relocation? maybe the universes way of reminding me of where I've come from... hmmm don't know!
